Getting started at CrossFit Thelo is simple, welcoming, and designed for all fitness levels. Use our booking calendar to select a day and time that works best for you. Whether you’re brand new to training or returning after time away, you don’t need any prior CrossFit experience to get started.
Arrive & Get Oriented
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so one of our professional coaches can show you around the gym, explain how the class works, and answer any questions you may have. We take the time to understand your experience level and adjust movements, weights, and pacing so you feel comfortable and confident before the workout begins.
Train With Confidence & Support
Every session at CrossFit Thelo is fully coached and built around a supportive community. You’ll receive personalized guidance throughout the workout, move at your own pace, and leave feeling accomplished and energized. From your very first visit, our goal is to help you train safely, feel supported, and enjoy the process.
