I’m brand new—how do I start?
Grab our 2-Class Pass, pick a time, arrive 10 minutes early, and meet your coach. After two classes, we’ll help you choose a plan.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable workout clothes, water, and a positive attitude. We’ll handle the rest.
Is there open gym or 24/7 access?
Absolutely! Members have 24/7 access to our facility, allowing you to work out whenever it fits your schedule.
Are there programs for kids and teens?
We offer seasonal kids and teen programs designed to build confidence, movement skills, and a love for healthy activity.
What type of equipment do you have?
We invest in top of the line workout equipment, providing everything needed for effective, safe training at all levels.
What’s the difference between CrossFit and Ignite?
Ignite removes the intimidating stuff (no barbells or pull-up rig) but keeps the intensity and coaching—great first step. Many members later move into full CrossFit.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes, we offer personalized nutrition coaching to help you build better habits and achieve lasting results.
Can I drop in if I’m visiting the area?
Yes! We welcome drop-ins. Just sign up in advance and arrive 10 minutes early for a warm welcome.
