CrossFit Kids is about pairing fitness with fun. We have two main goals for the program:

  1. Teach our kids that being active can be enjoyable and even fun! We want to break that stigma that exercise is punishment or something they “have to do” to look a certain way.

  2. Teach our kids how to lift properly. Most high school coaches do not have the time to teach their young athletes how to lift properly; every second needs to be spent getting the team ready to play the game so technique comes secondary to the sport. But we want to help our local coaches out and teach lifting technique so that their athletes are confident and safe going into workouts for sports!

Fit Kids at Thelo Fitness is a summer program starting June 3rd, 2025 and finishing up July 31st, 2025. We will meet Tuesday & Thursday each week. The class will be 45 minutes each, starting at 9:30am and finishing at 10:15am. The age division are Little Kid ages 5-8 and Big Kids ages 9-12.

Little Kids: This group of kids will be learning how to move while having fun!! We will go over basic movements and skills, do a workout and play a game!

Big Kids: For this group of kids, we will teach them how to do some advanced movements correctly. Light barbell work and learning new skills, doing a workout and having fun doing it!

Cost - $150 for the WHOLE Summer (16 Classes) or $75 for Half Summer (8 classes). Payments and a waiver can be turned into Thelo Fitness on the day of the Kids first attendance, or you can pay through the link and fill out the waiver there.
