Our S&C Classes use a mix of all types of equipment, movements, and rep schemes to develop an incredible workout. This class is a mix of moderate to heavy weights, body weight movements, and cardio exercises. The results: making you strong & fast.

Ignite

Our Ignite Class is similar to our S&C Class but we don’t use any barbells or do any movements on the pull up rig. Therefore, the workouts are simplified, allowing you to just focus on working hard! This does not mean the workouts are easy by any means. You will never leave feeling cheated.
