2024 CrossFit Programming Outlook

We think it's important that you know that there is a method to the madness of what goes on each day at the gym. Our Coaches are smart and work together to design a incredible workout program, and deliver it each day throughout the year with the single goal of increasing the fitness of everyone who comes to the gym.

This year is crafted slightly different than previous years. As I've stated before, we lean toward strength development as the foundation for health before adding intensity. Because of this, we will work through several strength cycles in each of our 3 phases of the year. We will be a little more consistent with our strength cycles this year compared to last. Our workout phases will also come to an end around the time we do our Combine (Yes, we are going to pick those back up). This will help us keep a measure on our progress throughout the year.
