Our annual Memorial Day workout to honor Michael Murphy, as well as all of the others who have given their lives for our country. Grab your weight vest, grab a buddy, and lets get after it. He died for our Country, the least you can do is suffer for a short time to honor his life.

- 200 Push Ups

- 300 Air Squats
